From DIY projects with the ESAB Rogue EM 180 to heavy duty more industrial projects with the ESAB Fabricator range, ESAB MIG Welders are suitable for all MIG welding projects. ESAB MIG welders offer stable arc and superior arc characteristics with opimised design and easy-to-use interfaces. ESAB MIG welders are suitable for a wide range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Available from stock across all of our UK stores, you'll be sure you can find the right solution from our stock of ESAB MIG welders and welding consumables, so you have exactly what you need, exactly when you need it.

ESAB TIG Welders

In case you need high precision and control for you TIG welding project, ESAB TIG Welders are the solution. We stock a large selection of TIG Welders from ESAB, from the ESAB Rogue to the more professional ESAB Renegade. These TIG welding machines are ideal for welding thin materials and exotic metals, providing clean and accurate welds. ESAB TIG welders often feature advanced controls like on pulse welding and AC DC capabilities. ESAB TIG Welders are a good go to when it comes to high quality welding with easy-to-use interface and professional capabilities.

ESAB ARC Welders

ESAB ARC welders or ESAB stick welders, are robust and reliable machines designed for heavy-duty applications. ESAB offer MMA Welders that are ideal for construction, fabrication environment, and repair work with optimal capacities in a lightweight design. What make the ESAB ARC welders stand out from the rest of the market is their hot start, arc force control, and anti-stick technology. This is ensuring consistent and high-quality welds. The two main MMA Arc welders that you can find on our website are the ESAB Rogue and the ESAB Renegade.

ESAB Multi-Process Welders

Multi-process welders are welding machines that are combining the capabilities of MIG Welding, TIG Welding and MMA Welding into a single machine. The ESAB Multi-process range is composed of different types of models that are designed for specific applications.

The ESAB Rogue EMP are lightweight and easy to transport multi-process welders designed to be used on the field and for general maintenance for example. The ESAB Rebel EMP are more powerful multi-process welders but still in a compact designed. The ESAB Warrior welders are heavy duty multi-process power sources, equipped with there own wire feeder to enhance productivity in high demanding environments. The ESAB Aristo range is the most professional type of Multi-process welding machine from ESAB. It has been designed for the heaviest and high duty cycle welding projects.

All these machines are ideal for professionals who require flexibility and efficiency, simplifying complex welding projects. Some also feature synergic controls and digital interfaces, allowing the user to make precise adjustments across different welding processes.

You can find two types of Plasma cutters form ESAB on our website, the ESAB handy plasma, which is an easy to use and transport plasma cutter made for smaller budget workers and the Cutmaster range designed for more heavy industrial projects while still being easy to transport for every job.

FAQ

What types of welding machines does ESAB offer?

ESAB, a world leader in welding and manufacturer of welding equipment, provides various type of welding machines such as MIG Welders, TIG Welders, MMA Arc Welders multi-process welders, and plasma cutters. For each category of welding machines ESAB provide a different range of models, which make ESAB welding equipment the ideal choice for every welding application.

What are the key features of ESAB welding machines?

Thanks to years of experience in the welding industry, all ESAB equipment feature special technologies to ensure the well being of welders. Some of which include: Overload Protection: Prevents damage to the machine from excessive current draw.  Over-Temperature Protection: Shuts down the machine if it gets too hot. Voltage Protection (Over and Under): Protecting the machine from unstable power supplies. Voltage Reduction Device (VRD) (on some models): Reduces the open-circuit voltage for added safety, especially in environments with a higher risk of electric shock. Other Core technological features across the range of ESAB welding machines include: Inverter Technology: A significant portion of ESAB's modern welding machines utilise inverter technology. This offers several advantages:

  • Energy Efficiency: Inverter machines are generally more energy-efficient than traditional transformer-based units, leading to lower power consumption.

  • Portability: ESAB welding machines to be lighter and more compact, making them easier to move around job sites.

  • Stable Arc Performance: Inverter technology often provides a more stable and consistent welding arc, resulting in higher quality welds with less spatter.

  • Precise Control: Inverter-based machines typically offer more precise control over welding parameters like current and voltage.

Which ESAB welding machine is best for my welding process?

This will depend on multiple factors.

First the metal that you are going to weld, some welding techniques are not suitable for certain metals. For MIG Welding, the suitable materials are carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum while for TIG Welding for instance, it's going to be steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and nickel alloys.

Then some types of welding are better for performance or longer applications like MIG Welding while others are more suitable for precise welding like TIG Welding.

Choosing between the range of welding machines will then depend on the current range, the power source or the overall thickness of the material you are welding.

What safety equipment is required for welding?

Welding can be very dangerous, this is why proper welding PPE is vital when undertaking welding. We stock all the the essential safety equipment that you'll need to wear during welding from the ESAB brand, including auto darkening welding helmets or air fed welding masks, welding gloves and welding jackets or aprons.

Where can I find ESAB welding machine accessories and consumables?
