We will aim to despatch goods the next working day subject to availability of stock. Standard delivery days are Monday - Friday. Saturday delivery is a non-standard service and subject to an additional charge. If however the item is in stock in our warehouse on the day of ordering we may be able to despatch it for a Next Day Service upon request. We must stress that next day delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Some items may be subject to additional charges due to their weight and size. This is usually items over 25 Kg. We will advise you of any additional carriage prior to shipping. Delivery outside UK mainland including the Scottish Highlands, all Islands and Northern Ireland is not carriage paid and is subject to additional carriage costs (see below). If you do not receive your goods after 3 working days and you are in the UK please email email@example.com. Please quote your order number, this number will be included in the confirmation email you received when you placed your order. We will strive to resolve the issue immediately.

UK MAINLAND ONLY - EXCLUDING SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS (see note below): -
Scottish Highlands, Offshore UK Islands and Northern Ireland are not subject to our normal carriage rates - price on request.
These postcodes - BT, KA27 - KA28, KW, HS, IM, IV, PA20 - PA49, PA60 - PA78, PH17 - PH44, PH49 - PH50, PO30 - PO41, TR21 - TR25 and ZE.
Delivery Outside The UK
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a delivery quote prior to ordering. International shipping is calculated on a per order basis. Please contact us for a quotation BEFORE placing your order, or you will be notified of any additional charges before your order is despatched.
We use FedEx for our Courier deliveries. You will need to sign for the goods so please ensure you make provision for this. For security reasons we cannot leave parcels unsigned for. If you are unable to sign for a parcel please contact us so we can help make arrangements for you but it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for a safe receipt of the goods. In the case of a parcel being returned to us because it could not be signed for we will not refund the carriage and an additional charge may be made to re deliver the parcel.

Pallet deliveries are not processed through FedEx and so the tracking system is not available for deliveries of this type.
