Zinc Paste, Metaflux pure cathodic Anti Corrosion Coating according to the highest of requirements

  • No cracks in protection film cohesion

  • No capillary cracks

  • Complies with DIN 50.976 of 1980, approved for repairs to Hot Dipped Galvanising BS EN ISO 1461 (2009) and manufactured to BS EN ISO 3549.

  • Resistant to salt, saltwater, acid rain and heat

  • Corrosion-proof zinc coating

  • Thick-layer application system for large surfaces

  • Dries rapidly through exposure to O2

  • No zinc sedimentation in the tin

  • Ready-to-use at all times

  • Brush coated or airless spraying when using nozzle size 4 or 5 (no thinning required)

  • A thickness of up to 150μm can be achieved in one coating/application

  • 1kg, may coat up to 2.5 m² according to layer thickness at 100 μm.
